You’re walking with your dog. Leash on. Normal day. Then you spot it: a dog running straight toward you and your dog. No leash. No pause. In that tiny window - you have seconds to decide how to handle the situation. If you haven’t practiced a plan, you’ll freeze. We all have that fear of the moment an off leash dog charges you and your dog. Do you know what to do to protect your dog? This seminar will walk you through creating a plan to protect you and your canine from a potentially dangerous encounter. Step One: Importance of Having a Plan - on what to do if an offleash dog approaches your dog and what your plan should include Step Two: Possible Safety Plans and Recommended Tools to intervene Step Three: What to Do (and not do) During an off leash altercation Step Four: Healing after a bad experience This is a 90 minute, in person seminar for owners only (no dogs).
